Panic or Positive? or somewhere in between …

What kind of MAD PLAN is this?  I don’t want to get into conspiracy theories … but really, what brilliant plan has presented itself to have us ALL have down time (around the world) at the same time?  If this isn’t the biggest wake up call there is, I don’t know what is.  It’s time for each of us to take personal responsibility for how we’re showing up in the world AND for our planet (aka home) to get a breather.  

Before I jump into this, I was to preface this by saying that you NEED to honor your thoughts and feelings each and every day.  You don’t need to push yourself to take action if that’s really not where you’re mindset/mood is.  What I am suggesting below is that if you CAN take action, do so.  Always start from where you are! 

I know I am 100% over simplifying this, but I see there being 3 mindset categories: panic, positive, bouncing between the two.   Checking in with yourself is the first step.  From there, you can decide what course of action suits you best!  Sometimes it’s just best to have a jammy day and stay in bed with Netflix! 

No matter where you are, it’s still prudent to take stock of where you’re at and why as well as where you’re going.  What direction are you heading?  Do you even know?  Of course we can’t predict the future (especially in this current pandemic), but it’s always good to have a destination or direction in mind.

What have you done since all of this has started?  This question is completely without judgement, only an observation.  What can you learn about yourself?  This is not just one moment, one feeling, one action … this has been an ongoing event that continues to evolve as do our feelings and actions.  There is not a right or wrong answer here. 

What/who do you appreciate?  If you have people on your list, have you told them?  Now is the perfect time to express appreciation, whether with your words, a card or an action (even if over the digital world).  Spending a little time every day appreciating your life and what’s in it is key.  

Are you living in the present moment?  I’m not sure why, but I really started connecting even MORE to being present in February.  I was doing a lot of personal growth work and releasing a lot of old beliefs and I think that process helped me to be more present.  I also find it easier when I’m IN nature or when I’m meditating/praying or doing yoga more.  What is it that fully brings you into the present moment?  Oh, playing an instrument as well!  I can get so lost on the piano. 

What do you believe about the future?  Do you believe that you will be healthy and live a long and fulfilling life or are you stuck in Corona and can’t get yourself to 2021?  Maybe you’re somewhere in the middle?  High achievers always have a vision for the future, a destination and are positive that they will get there.  Whether you are considering the future for you and your family, your city, country or planet earth … having a positive vision is part of what creates the magic.

Now that you’ve answered these questions, what are you going to do with your results?  Is there a new action you’d like to take?  Is there something you’ve been putting off and want to tackle?  Do you still need time to nurture your heart?   

If you’re still with me here, I’ll share with you a little of what I believe.  I believe that this change is soooo needed.  It is tragic that people are dying because of it, but I do believe that this is a necessary change.  I believe that everything happens for a reason.  

For me, I finally got out of my own way because I felt like there was so much need and guidance that I could provide.  I FINALLY launched my program, Ready For Change.  

I’ve been reconnecting with friends in the US who are always so busy with life that it’s hard to schedule a time to talk given our time differences.  I’m working on completing some courses that I had purchased in the past and never quite finished.  I did a 21 Days of Abundance program with Deepak Chopra and have just under a week remaining with the group that I’m leading.  I’ve also cried, been in fear, scarcity mentality … I generally bounce back from these very quickly.  Though you should have seen me in February as I was processing and releasing … a whole different story!   

I have definitely upleveled my spiritual and physical health care practice.  They’re better than ever and it’s so empowering.  We don’t always know what’s coming around the corner, but by taking steps to MASTER your world … you’re way ahead of the game.  This is in no way or means a bragging session.  I want to clearly show you what is possible.  You can operate from a positive mindset and create beauty and help others and yourself.
